The new Hard Rock Cafe Boston will hold its official opening July 2 at 20 Clinton St. near Faneuil Hall Marketplace. The venue will include a 514-seat restaurant, live music area and a Rock Shop selling Hard Rock merchandise. Music memorabilia on display will pay tribute to Boston rockers including Aerosmith, The Cars, Godsmack, Guster and the Mighty, Mighty Bosstones. The current Hard Rock in Copley Square will remain open through June 23.
