Cookin' up a plan: Cambridge chef Jody Adams of Rialto and Aerosmith ham-about-town Tom Hamilton cook up a crazy photo op to promote tomorrow night's annual `Banned in Boston' comedy revue at Avalon. Gov. Deval Patrick, Mayor Tom Menino, Red Sox sweeties Larry and Stacey Lucchino, congressmen Barney Frank and Marty Meehan and the Herald's own Michele McPhee will also strut their silly stuff for Urban Improv's violence prevention program.
