Aerosmith to open Mid-State Fair this year

Classic rock band Aerosmith will perform at the California Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles this summer as part of its 2007 world tour.
Country music stars Martina McBride and Phil Vassar are also part of the musical entertainment planned for the fair. The announcement was Friday night at the annual fair board of directors’ dinner at the fairgrounds.
This year’s Mid-State Fair will run from July 25 to Aug. 5 at the Paso Robles Event Center. Ticket prices and sale dates have not yet been released.
