Hotline: Limp this way
Boston Herald, MA

It seems Aerosmith’s assistant tour manager John Bionelli might be taking a “permanent vacation” from ice hockey. Bionelli, a defenseman in the AMHL league, broke his leg in two spots after being involved in a freak collision with a teammate and opposing player in a Jan. 10 game. The AMHL is a competitive men’s recreational league that plays around Boston. According to the league blog written by Jim Dwyer, Bionelli needed pins and rods to hold in place the bones in his lower leg. He is out for the season. Aerosmith has no future tour dates planned.
