TIC to hold 9th Annual Radio Auction

A tour of Africa is just one of the many items that will be up for bid at the Talking Information Center's 9th Annual Radio Auction on March 21, 22 and 23 to be broadcast live on 95.9 WATD... Other spcial TIC auction items will include a T-shirt signed by Aerosmith front man Steven Tyler, a rocking chair from Walpole Woodworkers, free income tax preparation...
TIC executive director Ron Bersani said the auction helps raise money for special receivers that allow visually-impaired people to hear the TIC service. Bersani said he hopes the auction can raise $15,000-$20,000. "This is our main benefit and all the funds received go to a great cause."
