Tucker cancels: Country singer Tanya Tucker has canceled a show that was set to take the stage March 30 in the Chester Fritz Auditorium. Tucker has been ill, and the show is being canceled to best accommodate the rerouting of the tour....
Aerosmith, too? Aerosmith fans are waiting to hear whether the venerable rock band will go on with the show Saturday in the Alerus Center.
A number of the band's concerts have been canceled in the past few weeks, including one scheduled for today in London, Ont., reportedly because of lead singer Steven Tyler's throat ailments. Concerts scheduled for Thursday in Des Moines, Iowa, and Saturday in Grand Forks still are listed as "on sale" on the Aerosmith Web site although at least one of the canceled concerts was called off at the last minute, when opening act Cheap Trick already was warming up....
