Tyler has it covered
The Boston Globe, MA

Forgive us for thinking we could look forward to something different from the city's newest glossy mag. But Steven Tyler, the guy on the cover of Boston Common's first issue, also graces the cover of Boston magazine's October edition. "Sheer coincidence," said Boston's editor, Jon Marcus. The cover of Boston magazine, which hits stands Tuesday, is an oil painting of Aerosmith's singer by Roberto Parada that the mag's editors say was commissioned in July. Marcus said his magazine learned about Boston Common's cover in the newspaper on the day of Boston magazine's publication deadline. "It's a music issue," Marcus said. "Who else would you put on the cover other than Tyler?"
