Joe’s Jukebox
The Boston Globe, MA
May 25, 2005
Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry has posted a "celebrity playlist" on iTunes, and while his selections aren't exactly hip, they're not nearly as insipid as, say, Sheryl Crow's or Mischa Barton's. Perry, who's just released his first solo CD in two decades, favors blues-based guitar rock. Trendy tunes aside -- "The Bucket" by Kings of Leon, for example -- Perry gets props for including the Righteous Brothers' schmaltzy "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'," which he says "always makes me feel 17."
