"Lenny Kravitz, the self-appointed minister of rock 'n' roll, brought his Electric Church tour to a sold-out Orpheum Sunday night....Frequently, the black-clad star simply posed and basked in the adulation of his congregation which included Aerosmith's Steven Tyler (and his pretty blond companion), milking every last hand clap and 'woo-hoo.' But when the buff, tattooed Kravitz finally did flex his musical muscles, the crowd's love was deserved and earned. 'Fly Away,' 'Again' and 'Always on the Run' were darn near magical...."
