"Hollywood — In the minutes before midnight at Monday's Be Cool premiere party at the Hollywood Palladium, John Travolta stole some private time to cuddle with wife Kelly Preston in a heavily guarded VIP booth.....Before the movie unspooled at Grauman's Chinese Theatre, the Travoltas hosted a couples cocktail party in their L.A. home. 'We invited all the couples that were coming to the premiere,' Travolta said. The party 'was a huge success.....' "
"In Be Cool, the sequel to Get Shorty that opens March 4, Thurman plays a music producer with a tattoo of the Aerosmith logo — and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler appears in the film as himself. The 56-year-old rocker stopped on the carpet to rave about his new grandson, Milo. (Mom is Steven's daughter, Liv Tyler.)
'He's just the cutest little month-and-7-days-old boy who I can't wait to take fishing,' said Grandpa Tyler, who was just slightly off on Milo's age. (He was born Dec. 14.)
But Tyler's memory lapse is to be forgiven, considering he was out partying after the Grammys until 4 a.m. the night before. 'Milo,' he continued, 'has got my lips and (father) Royston's (Langdon) chin and Liv's eyes.' "
