System Requirements, Rules, and Help
1) To view the chat, you need:
Javascript enabled
Pop-up killers disabled
Windows or Mac OS
800 x 600 resolution
Cookies enabled
Internet Explorer 5 or greater, or Safari
Macromedia FLASH to view FLASH-enabled components and graphics
2) The chat player will be available to view, from the link on this page, before the scheduled Tom Hamilton chat takes place. However, you won't be able to ask questions until the chat is live - but you can check out the cool chat player! The "Ask" button will be enabled only during the live chat.
3) The Tom Hamilton event is a "moderated" chat, which means a moderator will decide which questions will be displayed and answered by Tom. While everyone on the chat will be able to view the conversation, it is realistic to assume that many members will not have their individual questions answered --- it will simply not be possible to guarantee questions from each AF1 participant on the chat.
4) Can't make the scheduled time? Don't worry, the transcript will be posted here for those of you who missed the chat. Again, this chat transcript is available only to Gold and Platinum members of AF1. Please do not post the chat transcript on another website.
5) Remember, the topic is Toys in the Attic, so to increase your odds of getting your question into the active chat, please keep your questions on point.
6) Having trouble getting on the chat player? We have a special tech support team set up to help you out. You can reach tech support at chatsupport@ebroadcasters.com.
7) Feedback, suggestions, ways to improve the chat player for the next event?
You can email your ideas, and your thoughts on the experience, to suggestions@aeroforceone.com. Thanks
